Megyn Kelly and Greta Van Susteren may be switching roles at Fox News; Cenk predicted this.  He also predicted that Republicans would begin to call for the impeachment of Obama over Benghazi.  Video of Mike Huckabee predicting that Obama won’t fill out his 2nd term due to the facts of Benghazi.  Everyday that Obama relentlessly reaches out to the GOP, he loses his base and never makes any ground with Republicans.  Gallup poll asked Americans who they think has too much power in the country.  #1 on the list is lobbyists, followed by major corporations, and then banks.  Dodd Frank made it so that financial institutions can’t use FDIC money for their derivative bets. Legislation is being introduced to repeal this regulation.  NY Atty General Eric Schneiderman spoke about the hubris of the banks and how the DOJ is going after them for continuing to break the law.  Fed Investigators are looking into interest-rate swaps that were fixed at the expense of the American taxpayers.  The enforcers are afraid of coming down on the banks over potential “collateral consequences.” Limbaugh is losing advertisers at a large scale, about to lose Cumulus Media.  Another story of a 3 year old kid that accidentally shot and killed himself with his uncle’s gun.  Tom Coburn introduced 2 pro-gun amendments that will seemingly pass.  The 1st plastic 3D printed gun, The Liberator, has been fired successfully in an ad.  This will make it even easier for anyone to have a gun.  The creator acknowledges that it this could be increasingly dangerous, but liberty is more important.  The CIA had direct feedback to the makers of Zero Dark Thirty on what they wanted out of the movie that made them look bad. A power plant in Michigan has a “slight leakage” problem, but we’re assured by the regulators that there is nothing to see here.  Pat Brady, the GOP Chair in Illinois, has decided to step down after the Party came after him for supporting gay marriage as a personal opinion.
