The RNC submits a request under the Freedom of Information Act for patient enrollment in “Obamacare”. Senator Inhofe of Oklahoma claims he would have died if he had to rely on “Obamacare” for his recent quadruple bypass surgery. Senator Ted Cruz, in an interview on ABC’s This Week, is still defiant after the loss over the government shutdown. He blames his Republican colleagues in the Senate for the failed tactic. According to Public Policy Polling, the Democrats have a chance at retaking the House after the shutdown debacle. Roger Ailes and Fox News organizes an anonymous PR campaign that posts pro-Fox News rants on various websites which are designed to be practically untraceable back to News Corp. A murdered Army Sergeant’s family arranged to have their daughter’s body buried under a Spongebob Squarepants tombstone. A second tombstone was also arranged for the Sergeant’s surviving sister. Ana Kasparian joins Michael and Ben for the second hour. Vivian Vosburg, the step mother of the cyber bully who drove a teen to suicide, has been arrested for child abuse after a video showing her beating a child was posted on Facebook. Recording artist and Community star, Donald Glover, posts photos of brutally honest notes about the fears he has for himself and his life to Instagram. Dr. Richard Ingersoll, once a high school teacher and now a professor at the University of Pennsylvania’s education school, explains in an Atlantic article why there is such a high turnover rate within the teaching profession. After the New Jersey State Supreme Court ruled against his position against gay marriage, Governor Chris Christie will not appeal the ruling.
