Lissette Padilla replaces Iadarola for SCS. Tamir Rice, a 12 year old kid in Cleveland was shot and killed by police for carrying a bb gun. Ben wants the situation to be investigated to see if the kid pointed the fake gun at the cops. After catching heat, the Google Play store took down a game they offered that depicted a gunman walking around and killing naked gay men that are chasing him. Kim Kardashian’s now famous butt magazine cover is being used as an SAT prep question about comparing and determining sizes. The panel finds nothing wrong with this tactic. A Russian beauty pageant for gaming disqualified a contestant that got tons of votes, but the pageant didn’t believe her level of beauty would gain that many votes. A magnetic Russian boy has gained attention for having the power of having metal object stick to him. In reality, their sticky skin allows the materials to stick, not magnetism. With the holidays coming, Colorado companies are pushing marijuana related gifts through their marketing techniques. Ben, Iadarola, and Steve Oh host TYT. Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel is stepping down. Videos show Obama and Hagel announcing the move. Talk about why he didn’t work out in the position follows. Obama has released new plans to expand the scope of conflict in Afghanistan after previously promising to lower the numbers as 2015 and 2016 approach. Ben announces that the Grand Jury decision on Ferguson officer Darren Wilson will be made public tonight. Ben and Steve bet on whether or not he will be indicted. Polls among Hispanics in America show that an overwhelming number agree with Obama’s Executive Action on immigration. Many also blame the GOP for the immigration problem. The GOP led House Intelligence Committee released their Benghazi report and found that there was no wrongdoing or failure from the U.S. government in handling the response. Former NYC mayor Rudy Giuliani argued with Michael Eric Dyson about the problem of White police officers that kill Black citizens and claimed that the real problem lies with Black on Black crime. Videos of Giuliani speaking to the safe zone of Fox & Friends to claim that he saved more Black lives than Dyson and that White officers are in Black neighborhoods because of the number of Black people killing each other.
