Ana joins Cenk for SCS. A wrongfully convicted man has been awarded millions of dollars after he spent over 20 years in prison, where he was raped and given HIV. He was exonerated after he served all of the time for rape and burglary. Cenk challenges our allowed rape culture in prisons. Some officials in the DC area don’t think he deserves all of the $9.2 million that he’s to receive. The SAE frat at University of Oklahoma was caught on tape chanting racist things about never allowing Black students into the organization. The Univ came down hard on the frat, disbanding it and making all of the members move out within 24 hours. Another story of an unarmed 19 year old man was shot and killed by police in Wisconsin after a physical altercation broke out between the two. It has since been discovered that the kid had ADD. Suge Knight is facing murder charges of the hit and run from a couple months ago. Footage of the confrontation has now been released. Suge claimed that the video proves his case that he was afraid for his life when its obvious he intentionally ran over two men. In response to Ben Carson’s claim that being gay is a choice, Dan Savage challenged Carson to prove it by sucking his dick on camera. A 17 year old girl had lymphoma, but didn’t want to undergo chemo. The state of California got involved and forced her to do the treatments, and she is now in remission. Cenk and Ana are both split on this story. Two Californian female tourists in Rome were caught scratching their names into the side of the Coliseum. Cenk hosting. He goes off about how Ebay invalidated the sale of his Grand Am at $50K. As peace negotiations continue with Iran and the WH, the Republican led Congress is looking to torpedo the agreement in another way since Netanyahu spoke in America. 47 Senators have sent a scathing letter to the leaders of Iran to let them know that if they don’t ratify the WH agreement, it isn’t binding, hinting that they will not honor it and do what they want. This is another strategy to undermine the authority of the President in favor of a foreign leader. Several former Senators have formed a group called American Security Initiative that created an ad that depicts an American city being blown up by a nuclear bomb unless we oppose a deal with Iran. Video of the fear mongering ad. Andrea Tantaros has been pushing the narrative that the Obama Administration is anti-Semitic on her show and with Bill O’Reilly. Video of her making her case based on Obama’s disagreements with Netanyahu. At a rally in Israel, there was a big rally against Netanyahu and his policies, but no one is calling these Israelis anti-Semitic. Netanyahu’s promise of working toward some kind of peace deal with Palestinians has not nearly been backed up by his actions. When asked about Israeli settlements in their area, he said that there would be no withdrawals or peace negotiations. After denying this, some newsletters from Bibi’s Party clearly stated that his intentions are to not negotiate at all or concede anything to Palestine. Florida officials claim that an unofficial policy under Rick Scott forced them to no longer use the words “global warming” and “climate change” on state emails in order to shut down the reality of the discussion. An Iowa mother was heartbroken over a story of a 2 year old kid that accidentally shot and killed her mother with her gun. In response, she decided to start teaching a class on how to carry your baby and your gun at the same time without injury.
