The Young Turks: April 17, 2015

John Iadarola, Jimmy Dore, and Desi Doyen hosting. The Tulsa volunteer police officer that shot and killed a suspect during a gun sale bust spoke to the Today Show. Video of him calling it the 2nd most thing that’s ever happened to him. Video of the cop showing how far away his gun was from his taser and explaining that it is possible to confuse the two. Jimmy sees this as corruption within the police department more than anything else. A bankruptcy attorney wrote the auto shop a trolling letter, predicting that he will need an attorney like him in the near future. A NJ deli owner posted a sign promoting “White History Month” and lost all of his business, so he launched a GoFundMe campaign that only raised $250. The new Bundy Ranch is a gold mine in Oregon that is having problems with the BLM and land permits. The mine owner called upon the Oath Keepers to come help him in the fight, so after they feverishly responded by travelling there in droves with blood on their minds, he’s asking for them to stop. Videos of the Oath Keepers making the trip to Oregon, not believing that they’ve been called off. A couple of Vermont legislators are introducing a bill to reimplement prohibition of alcohol if marijuana isn’t legalized. They’re making the point that we have a much more harmful drug legalized, while marijuana is still illegal. Fox Business’ Charles Payne predicted that Obama will push for slavery reparations next year, with absolutely no reasoning. Videos of Payne’s assertions.

Fake street signs calling for no cat calling have been posted in NYC. Old pictures of Marco Rubio in high school show him doing a male beauty pageant, shirtless with other guys on stage. Physicians across the country have started a movement to have Dr. Oz removed from his position at Columbia University over his unscientific remedies and pitches.
