Cenk and John are hosting. The President wants an extensive investigation about the bombing in Kunduz. Another ad from Hillary Clinton piling on Kevin Mccarthy's admission of the Benghazi panel, which was designed to take down Hillary. Video of McCarthy reacting to his flub saying that we should stop playing politics on Benghazi. Stand Your Ground is making a comeback in Florida, in which a defendant claiming “Stand Your Ground” can seek financial penalties for up to $200,000. The Federal Government will be conducting an extensive prison release program, with up to 600,000 prisoners, being released for nonviolent drug crimes. Video of Bill O'Reilly disputing the facts of childhood hunger in America, claiming that parents are abusing the program with the pursuit of having air conditioning and wide screen TVs in the household.

Cenk and Hannah Cranston hosting. Nicki Minaj is upset with New York Times because they brought up some drama with Birdman and Lil Wayne.  Nicki felt they are grown men and why should a woman be involved their drama. Then reporter asked Nicki Minaj if she thrives on drama. Nicki got upset because she felt that the reporter was belittling her.  Therefore, Nicki left the interview.  A glass walk way in China cracked and crashed and people fell through it.  A stainless steel mug cracked the glass walk way. Cenk talks about not taking unnecessary risks. A few families are suing a school that ostracized their kindergarten and 1st grade students for not participating in the school’s morning prayer policy. A settlement has been reached in a case of a principal accused of hypnotizing several students that went on to commit suicide. A Michigan woman witnessed two men attempting to steal merchandise from a Home Depot, so she pulled out her gun and shot at them in the parking lot. They got away. Cenk imagines how quickly this will turn into the Wild West. Two sisters were caught on tape fighting on their raft while riding on rapids. Video of the fight that almost resulted in both falling into the raging water

Cenk and Hannah talk about the defensive response from online commenters on the Christopher Columbus story yesterday. Hannah thinks some percentage of the haters do it simply to disagree. They talk about the response to TYT’s video about the White employee fired for posting a picture of a Black kid and railing on him with racist jokes. Many don’t understand how Cenk didn’t see how funny the racism was.
